At 3S, we have applied our collective 55 years of government experience and expertise to create a unique, women-owned consulting firm. We work with local regulatory bodies and governments for our eclectic client base, who range from small local businesses to Fortune 500 real estate developers and nonprofit companies.
We understand that projects important to the local community can be compromised and delayed, even if they have political and community based support. We aim to use cost effective and pragmatic methods, to help move these projects forward in a timely fashion, despite regulatory hurdles. Working consciously and effectively, we make sure that our clients save money, so they don’t spend it on red tape and additional costs (such as expensive legal representation or lobbyists).

At the moment, we are proud to represent the Hunters-Point Shipyard, a well-known San Francisco landmark that is being redeveloped to house more than 12,000 housing units and over 3 million square feet of office space in its 500-acre site. We are equally proud to work with the California Academy of Sciences and San Francisco Unified School District.
