He has over 25 years of experience in architecture for a variety of project types, including retail, hospitality, restaurant, office, industrial, agricultural, government facilities, multi-family residential, and single-family residential.

Vincent’s knowledge of local planning and building codes has helped him navigate complex projects and manage multi-disciplinary design teams successfully through multi-agency permitting and construction, including one of the first legally permitted cannabis cultivation facilities in San Francisco. Vincent’s retail store design for The Apothecarium in the Castro was named the #1 best-designed marijuana shop in America by Architectural Digest.

Vincent’s experience with preparing clear and concise permit application documents and knowledge of building and planning codes allows him to advise design professionals on how best to communicate code compliance through their plans to make the plan review process go smoothly.
